At Chipade Saraaf and Sons, we take great care in delivering your jewellery safely and on time.
Processing Time:
All confirmed orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Custom-made or personalized jewellery may take longer depending on the design and production requirements.
Delivery Time:
Once dispatched, your order will typically reach you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location within India.
Shipping Charges:
Free shipping is available on all orders within India. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking:
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment until it reaches you.
Packaging:
Every product is securely packed in tamper-proof packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of jewellery, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Eligible Returns/Exchanges:
- Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags, bills, and packaging intact.
- Requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery pieces.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
How to Request a Return:
Please contact our support team at 9930522010 or email us through the contact form on our website with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
Refunds:
Once the returned item passes our quality check, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for an eligible product, we will arrange for a replacement once the original item is received and verified.
