Finding the perfect ring size ensures both comfort and elegance. Follow these simple steps to determine your ideal fit:
Choose an existing ring that comfortably fits the finger you intend to wear your new ring on.
Using a ruler or caliper, measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters (mm). Ensure accuracy by measuring from edge to edge across the center.
Use the chart below to match your ring’s internal diameter with the corresponding ring size. If your measurement falls between two sizes, opt for the larger size for a comfortable fit. Chart
If you don’t have a ring to measure, use this simple method to determine your size:
Cut a narrow strip of paper or a piece of string and wrap it snugly around the intended finger. Ensure it’s comfortable but not too tight.
Use a pen or marker to mark where the paper or string overlaps.
Lay the strip flat and measure its length in millimeters (mm) using a ruler.
Match your measurement to the circumference column in the size chart. If it falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a comfortable fit.
1. Consider Weather and Climate
Finger sizes can fluctuate due to temperature and humidity. Cold weather may cause fingers to shrink slightly, while warmth and humidity can lead to slight expansion. Measure your finger when it’s at a normal temperature for the most accurate fit.
2. Account for Knuckle Size
If you have larger knuckles, choose a size that comfortably slides over the knuckle while staying secure at the base of your finger. A ring that fits too tightly over the knuckle may feel loose once worn.
