Standard Delivery
Orders placed from Monday to Thursday by 11:59 PM IST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Standard delivery time: 2-7 business days after processing and shipping
Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
Outer Metro Cities: 6-7 business days
North East & Kashmir: 6-7 business days
Standard shipping cost: INR 150
Free standard shipping over: INR 5000
Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
MISS JO is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of MISS JO until receipt of final payment.
Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. MISS JO can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.

1) Can I change my delivery address?
It is not possible to change the delivery address or delivery date once the parcel is in transit.
2) Do you ship to another country/region?
Delivery to another country/region is not possible for now.
3) How can I track my parcel?
Please check the shipping confirmation email to track your parcel. Or you can track your parcel by entering your tracking number here
If the tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered, please check if someone else at your address has accepted it, alternatively your parcel may have been left with a neighbour.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer refunds & exchanges as long as they are within 14 days of the date of purchase, and are eligible for return. Please check below for more information.

Return Policy
All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with:
- Tag still attached to jewellery without signs of tampering or damage.
- Original invoice.
- Original certificate of authenticity.
- All free accessories including (but not limited to) the gift bag, box and presentation box protector, jewellery cleaner, certification card and any other free items returned in reusable condition. Damaged items will be subject to a replacement fee.
- Purchases with any up front shipping costs will be refunded the purchase amount less those shipping costs.
- A return fee of Rs. 150 is applicable on all returns and exchanges.
- All orders refunded will be given back as store credit only, valid for up to a year. (Subtracting the return fee of Rs. 150)
- Gift cards cannot be refunded.
All returns must be the following to be eligible for a return:
- Unworn
- No signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition and packaging
Please note we will not email you upon receipt of your return. As soon as we have received and taken care of your return, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.
Items that are not eligible for returns are the following:
- Individual Products in Sets - The products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund.
- All 'Sale' items, and any jewellery showing signs of wear and/or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return.
If you purchase something within a Gift With Purchase promotion and you wish to return it, you will also need to return the gift you received if it falls below the Gift With Purchase threshold.
Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days of us receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary. Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- To start your return. Go to the online returns portal, linked at the end of this page. Alternatively you can also send an email to returns@missjo.com to request your return along with pictures of the product & packaging. You will then be emailed if your return is accepted along with return instructions.
- Package Your Return. Include all original packaging, free accessories, and collateral material.
- The recorded shipping date back to MISSJO must be within 14 days from the confirmed date you received your package. Any item subject to return shipped outside of this time restriction will not be accepted for return.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- You can cancel an order when it is in dispatching/shipped status. Any amount paid will be refunded back to you at the earliest.
